Description

Gelato #45 has been a hugely sought after strain of recent years from the US South Coast, an intensely potent variety with an indulgent sweet fruit and smooth creamy flavour.

A real mood elevating girl who can suck you out of any low state raising you into a completely blissful place where bouts of laughter and giggles can become almost completely uncontrollable.

She produces one of the thickest coatings of resin which lends to one of the most potent and exquisite smoking experiences around, even for the most hardened toker she’s a pure delight to consume with powerful, physical and cerebral effects intoxicating your mind, body and soul.

Gelato #45 can reach from 100 to 150cm and will reward you with higher yields of dense resinous bud if you are patient enough to see her through a full 10 weeks of flowering…absolutely worth the wait.

Her buds, as with her GSC mother, range in colour from bright Green to luscious Reds, Pinks and Purples, a sexy girl with real eye popping colours.

She’s an ideally suited strain for growers of all experience levels with very forgiving properties allowing her to continue to thrive in less than ideal conditions.

Valencene

The primary terpene in Gelato #45 is Valencene. Valencene is a less common terpene found in cannabis that produces the smell of sweet oranges, herbs, and fresh wood. It is so-named for a host of promising antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, making it useful for treating conditions like cancer. Like its fellow citrus terpene Limonene, Valencene reportedly produces euphoric, mood-boosting effects when found in cannabis strains. A more recent study observed that valencene improved the efficacy of Doxorubicin, a drug commonly used in chemotherapy against more resistant cancer cells.
